Return Conditions

Returned items must be in the same condition as received.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for:

Damaged products caused by customer handling
Products without original packaging
Custom-made or special-order products
Products returned without prior approval

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect, defective or damaged upon arrival.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs, customs charges and handling fees may not be refundable.
